Contest
Having different challenges for players to compete for during their dxd games. Each challenge will be different and unique. Though some might appear rather difficult, that is the point.
Prizes
Each challenge will be worth 25 Dollars.
Rules
1. Only one winner per challenge, but players may win multiple challenges.
2. Challenge must be met 100% to specifications.
3. Challenges may only be completed and claimed during dxd games.
4. A replay MUST be given when claiming a challenge.
5. All replays will be thoroughly reviewed for anyone trying to cheat.
6. Multiple challenges may be completed during a single game.
7. Prizes will only be delivered through PayPal. If you dont have PayPal don't bother posting, I will NOT be doing money orders for this.
8. This contest starts now, no previously played games will be accepted. The current dxd game is "dxd6662" So only replays from games after this will be accepted. Please upload replays to the dota-allstars site.
9. Finally you must WIN the game, as well as complete the challenge to receive prizes.
10. Selling your items to achieve any challenge will disqualify you.
Challenges: Set 1
1. Quick Draw - Achieve First Blood in under 20 seconds. Only the player who got the kill will win. Any assists mean nothing. Use the timer that starts after creep waves spawn.
2. ArDm Master - Do not lose a single life/hero in ArDm. This applies only to the player submitting a replay, not to his/her team as a whole.
3. Assist Champion - Get over 30 assists in a single game. Your counter on the side for assists must be 30 or higher, your kills are not included, only assists.
4. Elite Killer - Attain a beyond Godlike status within 15 minutes. This also uses the timer after creep waves spawn.
5. Orb Effect - There are 6 orb type items in dota (Mjollnir, Eye of Skadi, Manta Style, Desolator, Satanic, SnY). Win using 5 of them on one hero. I understand they wont stack, that is the point. Lower tier versions of those items are acceptable as well.
Final Thoughts
I plan on doing these challenges for dxd players regularly throughout the year. I will only be doing 5 challenges at a time, simply because I am not rich and cant afford to send out a massive amount of prize money. Once all 5 challenges have been completed and claimed, and I have my prize account restocked, I will post 5 more challenges for you to compete for. Popular challenges may be brought back in future contest sets.
Other challenge ideas from players are welcome as well. Be realistic, but difficult.
